About Kaci Kaplan

A New York City native, born and raised on the Upper East Side.

Personable, attentive, and creative, Kaci Kaplan brings a thoughtful and people-focused approach to real estate. She is known for listening closely to her clients’ needs and helping them navigate their next move with care and intention. An effective communicator and strong problem-solver, Kaci values not only successful outcomes but the lasting relationships that grow from the experience.

Kaci specializes in Manhattan real estate, with experience across the Upper East Side, Upper West Side, Midtown, and Chelsea. She has a strong understanding of co-ops, condominiums, and high-rise living, and is experienced in new developments and luxury properties. While her primary focus is Manhattan, she has also completed transactions across Queens and Brooklyn, giving her a well-rounded perspective on the New York City market.

She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communications with a minor in Psychology from Loyola University New Orleans. After graduating, Kaci returned to New York City to pursue a career in real estate and is proud to be an active member of the Compass Young Professionals NYC Chapter, where she serves as an Events & Sponsorship Committee Board Member.

As a member of the Sapir Team at Compass, Kaci’s clients benefit from the support and experience of a collaborative group with over $100M in closed residential sales, offering strong market insight and a team-driven approach to every transaction.

Kaci currently resides in Midtown East. Outside of real estate, she enjoys food, music, staying active, snowboarding, spending time with her Pomeranian, Nola, and exploring the city with friends and family.
