About Yarden Shoval

As Manager of Operations for the dynamic Sapir Team at Compass, Yarden Shoval assists with all facets of the operation, from overall administration to coordinating schedules, assisting with every phase of the real estate transaction, orchestrating social media and marketing, and maintaining optimal workflow. With a passion for real estate, eye for excellence and penchant for superior service, she is the right arm and backbone of this highly accomplished and regarded real estate team.

Originally from Israel, Yarden got her start in the workforce through El Al Israel Airlines, where she was a security officer in charge of flight safety as well as profiling. After her contract ended, she turned to the service industry enjoying many different roles, including general manager of a concept restaurant. She was introduced to the real estate world as an operations manager for a top-producing team, where she met Dana Sapir. Yarden has enjoyed living in New York since 2007, when she came to venture into the world of acting. She graduated from The Lee Strasberg Theatre & Film Institute, one of the leading acting schools in the world.

Yarden believes that every job is a form of service. Her path has instilled in her a seasoned skill set that includes communication, attention to detail, client relations, organization and project management, which are invaluable in her current role.

Personally, Yarden is a Certified Yoga instructor who teaches in person and on Zoom. She also practices yoga regularly at the Integral Yoga Institute in NYC, and volunteers there as well. At home, Yarden is a proud cat mom to a sassy girl named Mirit and a lovable boy named Nadav. She speaks Hebrew and English fluently, loves nature, and volunteers at the Brooklyn Botanic Garden regularly, her favorite place. As an artist, keeping up with theater plays, movies, and museum exhibits is important. As an avid reader, you’ll always find a book in her bag by day and at her bedside at night.
